Follow Me For Equity ®, a service provided by The Black Unicorn Factory ("Follow Me For Equity ", "Follow Me For Equity " "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions govern Subscribed User's ("Follow Me For Equity Shareholder") use of our mobile app ("App") and all related players, widgets, tools, features, applications, data, software, and other services provided by Follow Me For Equity (the "Services").
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract (the "Agreement"), Follow Me For Equity and Follow Me For Equity Shareholder and Follow Me For Equity in relation to Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's use of the App and Services (together, the "Platform").
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions very carefully. If Follow Me For Equity Shareholder do not agree to any of the provisions set out in those documents, Follow Me For Equity Shareholder shall not be authorized to use the App or any of the Services. By accessing or using the Platform, registering an subscription, and/or by viewing, accessing, downloading any information or content from or to the Platform, Follow Me For Equity Shareholder represent and warrant that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and will abide by them, and that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are either 18 years of age or more, or the applicable age of majority in Follow Me For Equity Shareholder jurisdiction, or if Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are under 18 years of age or the age of majority in Follow Me For Equity Shareholder jurisdiction, Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are 16 years of age or more if Follow Me For Equity Shareholder reside in the European Union or 13 years of age or more if Follow Me For Equity Shareholder reside in the United States or anywhere else.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Follow Me For Equity reserve the right to change, alter, replace, or otherwise modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, for example to address legal or regulatory changes or changes to features or functionality made available through the Platform, in our discretion.
When Follow Me For Equity make any material changes to these Terms & Conditions, Follow Me For Equity will provide Follow Me For Equity Shareholder with prominent notice under the circumstances by sending Follow Me For Equity Shareholder an email to the email address that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder have provided us or a message to Follow Me For Equity Shareholder Follow Me For Equity subscription, and the revised Terms & Conditions will become effective immediately after such notification.
Follow Me For Equity Shareholder will have no obligation to continue using the Platform following any such notification, but if Follow Me For Equity Shareholder do not terminate Follow Me For Equity Shareholder subscription as described in the Termination section below during such two (2) Follow Me For Equity period, Follow Me For Equity Shareholder continued use of the Platform after the end of that two (2) Follow Me For Equity period will constitute Follow Me For Equity Shareholder acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform is a Follow Me For Equity investing service. Registered users ("Follow Me For Equity Shareholder") of the Platform shall be alloted shares in the various Pre IPO startup company stocks for performing daily tasked issued by or through Follow Me For Equity . In exchange for clicking ads, following on social media and writing reviews, doing surveys and giving ratings of those companies they have subscribed to invest in they are awarded a single share of stock. If the Follow Me For Equity Follow Me For Equity Shareholder invites others to join the Sweat
Equity Follow Me For Equity Shareholder shall receive an additional share of stock in that company for every five that become subscribers. The Follow Me For Equity Shareholder may stream, download and post text, photos, pictures, graphics, comments ("Content"), which will be stored by Follow Me For Equity . The Platform also enables the unregistered users of the
Platform ("Users") to view Content uploaded and made available by Follow Me For Equity for a trial period of 30 days after which the unregistered users may avail the option to subscribe to the app content for further usage of the Platform to access Content. Such subscription shall be free of cost.
Follow Me For Equity may, from time to time, release new versions of our App, or introduce other services and/or features for the Platform. Any new services and features will be subject to these Terms & Conditions as Follow Me For Equity as any additional terms and conditions that Follow Me For Equity may release for those specific services or features.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Content of Platform is only available for use to registered users who subscribe to the Company ("Subscription") after a trial period of 3 days. Such Subscription shall be free of cost. Once the User accepts the Terms & Conditions set out in this Agreement, He/She shall be granted exclusive Follow Me For Equity Shareholder rights. The Follow Me For Equity Shareholder shall have the option to invest in up to 50 pre-IPO companies under the umbrella of Follow Me For Equity Platform. The Subscription shall only be granted after the Terms & Conditions set out in this Agreement are accepted and acknowledged by the Follow Me For Equity Shareholder.
FOLLOW ME FOR EQUITY SHAREHOLDER FOLLOW ME FOR EQUITY SUBSCRIPTION
Users have the option of 3 days trial period to understand the function of the Platform. User is not obliged to continue subscription after expiry of trial period. In order for Follow Me For Equity Shareholder to engage with other Follow Me For Equity users/Follow Me For Equity Shareholders, Follow Me For Equity enable User/Follow Me For Equity Shareholder to create and personalize a public profile on Follow Me For Equity . User/Follow Me For Equity Shareholder is required to provide following information for the aforementioned purpose.

Follow Me For Equity Shareholder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's username and password, and Follow Me For Equity Shareholder will remain responsible for all use of username and password and allactivity pertaining to the subscription of such Follow Me For Equity Shareholder.
If Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's username or password is lost or stolen, or if Follow Me For Equity Shareholder believes that the subscription has been accessed by unauthorized third parties, Follow Me For Equity Shareholder is advised to notify Follow Me For Equity in writing and should change the password at the earliest possible opportunity.
Follow Me For Equity reserves the right to disallow, cancel, remove, or reassign certain usernames and permalinks in appropriate circumstances, as determined by us in our sole discretion, and may, with or without prior notice, suspend or terminate Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription if activities occur on that subscription which, in our sole discretion, would or might constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions or of any applicable laws or regulations.
The users may be asked to provide proof of identity duly issued by government in case of any issue pertaining to the access of subscription. In such case, the user consents to provide the same for the purpose of resolving the matter.
FOLLOW ME FOR EQUITY SHAREHOLDER'S USE OF THE PLATFORM
Subject to Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions at any and all times during Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's use of the Platform, Follow Me For Equity Grants Follow Me For Equity Shareholder a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable right and license to use and follow the Platform in order to view Content uploaded and posted to the App, to access, use, download and store Content.
The above licenses are conditional upon Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions at any and all times during Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's use of the Platform, including, without limitation, the following:
(i) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not copy, rip or capture, or attempt to copy, rip or capture, any Content from the Platform or any part of the Platform, other than by means of download or store for offline usage in circumstances.
(ii) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not adapt, copy, republish, make available or otherwise communicate to the public, display, perform, transfer, share, distribute or otherwise use or exploit any Content on or from the Platform at any and all times, except as permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
(iii) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not employ scraping or similar techniques to aggregate, repurpose, republish or otherwise make use of any Content.
(iv) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not alter or remove, or attempt to alter or remove, any trademark, copyright or other proprietary or legal notices contained in, or appearing on, the Platform or any Content appearing on the Platform.
(v) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not stalk, exploit, threaten, abuse or otherwise harass another user, or any Follow Me For Equity employee.
(vi) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not use or attempt to use another person's subscription, password, or other information without express permission from that other person.
(vii) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not sell or transfer, or offer to sell or transfer, any Follow Me For Equity subscription to any third party without the prior written approval of Follow Me For Equity .
(viii) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder must not violate, circumvent or attempt to violate or circumvent any data security measures employed by Follow Me For Equity ; access or attempt to access data or materials which are not intended for Follow Me For Equity Shareholder use; log into, or attempt to log into, a server or subscription which Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are not authorized to access; attempt to scan or test the vulnerability of Follow Me For Equity ’s servers, system or network or attempt to breach Follow Me For Equity ’s data security or authentication procedures; attempt to interfere with the App or the Services by any means including, without limitation, hacking Follow Me For Equity ’s servers or systems, submitting a virus, overloading, mail-bombing or crashing. Without limitation to any other rights or remedies of Follow Me For Equity under these Terms & Conditions, Follow Me For Equity reserves the right to investigate any situation that appears to involve any of the above, and may report such matters to, and co-operate with, appropriate law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any users who have participated in any such violations.
Follow Me For Equity Shareholders agree to comply with the above conditions at any and all times during Follow Me For Equity Shareholder use of the Platform, and acknowledge and agree that Follow Me For Equity has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription or take such other action as Follow Me For Equity see fit if Follow Me For Equity Shareholder breach any of the above conditions or any of the other terms of these Terms & Conditions. This may include taking court action and/or reporting offending users to the relevant authorities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Follow Me For Equity Shareholder agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this App are the property of Follow Me For Equity , its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. Follow Me For Equity Shareholder also agree that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder will not reproduce or redistribute the Follow Me For Equity ’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
FOLLOW ME FOR EQUITY SHAREHOLDER'S CONTENT
Any and all text, photos, pictures, graphics, comments, and other content, data or information that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder upload, store, transmit, submit, exchange or make available to or via the Platform (hereinafter "Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's Content") is generated, owned and controlled solely by Follow Me For Equity Shareholder, and not by Follow Me For Equity . However, Follow Me For Equity Shareholder authorizes Follow Me For Equity to store Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's Content for safekeeping and recovery purposes in case of loss of subscription.
Follow Me For Equity does not claim any ownership rights in Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's Content, and Follow Me For Equity Shareholder hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's Content remains Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's sole responsibility.
REPEAT INFRINGEMENT
Follow Me For Equity will suspend or terminate Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription to the Platform thereby revoking stocks in the Company if Follow Me For Equity determines, in its reasonable discretion, that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder have repeatedly breached these Terms & Conditions.
Any user that receives more than two warnings is liable to have their access to the Platform terminated forthwith.
Follow Me For Equity will also suspend or terminate Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription without warning if ordered to do so by a court, and/or in other appropriate circumstances, as determined by Follow Me For Equity at its discretion.
INDEMNIFICATION
Follow Me For Equity Shareholder hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Follow Me For Equity , its successors, assigns, affiliates, agents, directors, officers, employees and Follow Me For Equity Shareholders from and against any and all claims, obligations, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from:
(i) any violation by Follow Me For Equity Shareholder of these Terms & Conditions.
(iii) any activity related to Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription, be it by Follow Me For Equity Shareholder or by any other person accessing Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription with or without Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's consent unless such activity was caused by the act or default of Follow Me For Equity .
DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY AND COOKIES
All personal data that Follow Me For Equity Shareholder provide to us in connection with Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's use of the Platform is collected, stored, used, disclosed and otherwise processed by Follow Me For Equity in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. In addition, in common with most online services, Follow Me For Equity use cookies to help us understand how people are using the Platform, so that Follow Me For Equity can continue to improve the service Follow Me For Equity offer.
TERMINATION
Follow Me For Equity may suspend Follow Me For Equity Shareholder access to the Platform and/or terminate this Agreement at any time if (i) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are deemed to be a Habitual Infringer as described above; (ii) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are in breach of any of the material provision of these Terms & Conditions, including without limitation; (iii) Follow Me For Equity elects at its discretion to cease providing access to the Platform in the jurisdiction where Follow Me For Equity Shareholder reside or from where Follow Me For Equity Shareholder are attempting to access the Platform, or (iv) in other reasonable circumstances as determined by Follow Me For Equity at its discretion.
Once Follow Me For Equity Shareholder subscription has been terminated, any and all personal information from Follow Me For Equity Shareholder subscription will be irretrievably deleted by Follow Me For Equity , except to the extent that Follow Me For Equity are obliged or permitted to retain such personal information for a certain period of time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or to protect our legitimate business interests. This data is provided and is accessible only for viewing via Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's subscription page on Follow Me For Equity site for as long as Follow Me For Equity Shareholder subscription is active.
SEVERABILITY
Should one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions be found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and/or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms & Conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement Follow Me For Equity Follow Me For Equity Shareholder and Follow Me For Equity with respect to Follow Me For Equity Shareholder's use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreement Follow Me For Equity en Follow Me For Equity Shareholder and Follow Me For Equity . Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
(i) This Agreement is subject to the laws of the state in which the Follow Me For Equity Shareholder resides; and
(ii) Follow Me For Equity Shareholder hereby agrees, and Follow Me For Equity agrees, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California for resolution of any dispute, action or proceeding arising in connection with this Agreement.
